Lifestyle

A brief trip to the valley on the weekend reminded me of how blessed we are as a region and how abundant are our options with regards to lifestyle choices.
Our wine tasting sojourn with our less lucky Sydney bretheren saw us tasting the delightful output from Peppertree and Tambourlaine Wines.

Both wineries situated in wonderful settings relaxing those about to embark on a tasting.  I found the dessert wine at Peppertree most tasty and have already placed my order for a lemon delicious dessert for winter to be complimented by this wonderful nectar.  At Tambourlaine I found their Liquer Muscat and a rather interesting brew of Rasberries and Brandy called a Framboise to be quite something else.

Oh and by the way a trip through Stroud to our north was lovelly as we stopped in at the "mudbrick" gallery Terra Cottage, just north of the town and picked up some wonderful gifts for friends and enjoyed a lovelly round of fresh scones with jam and cream at the cafe attached to the gallery.
