Welcome to our online levy payment system.

Our relationship with Macquarie Bank means CSTM is at the leading edge of financial services for strata and community title schemes.

By clicking on the button below, you will be linked through to Macquarie’s electronic payment system “DEFT.”

Your DEFT number is located on the bottom left hand corner of your levy notice and consists of 20 numbers. Payments may be made by credit card (a merchant fee will apply), electronic transfer or why not establish a direct debit facility upon receiving your first levy notice after the Annual General Meeting (AGM), that way you can set and forget your levy payments until the next AGM.
