Community & Strata Title Management (CSTM) is an innovative property services company specialising in group title properties, particularly providing pro-active management for strata and community title properties.

Governed under the Strata Schemes Management Act and the Community Land Act, these titles place certain responsibilities on the owners, who as a group are referred to as the Owners Corporation or Community Association.
